He was predeceased by: his parents, Woodrow Meredith and Mary Frances Maddox Meredith; his significant other Brenda Dailey; his siblings, Phillip Meredith, James Maddox, Jackie Maddox, Shelah Sedberry, Barbara Garland and Lou Henderson; and his stepson David Rattray.

He is survived by: his children, Angela Detweiler (Chris) of Cadiz, Ronnie Mazac (Amanda) of Cadiz and Cody Dailey (Christina Stroede) of Cadiz; his siblings, Danny Meredith, Sharon Finley (Tim) of Cadiz and Libby Meredith Hykes of Cadiz; his grandchildren, William Flood (Danielle O'Hara), Michaela Flood (Martaveious Malone), Timeka Poindexter (Ryan Kemp), Dakota Flood, Cheyenne Calhoun (Alan Fox), Baylee Mazac, Ramey Mazac, Morgan Dawson, Brittany Gifford (Zachary), Samantha Duenas (Joey), Hannah Rattray, Austin Rattray and Savanna Rattray; and his great grandchildren, Joshua, Mia, Maliki Malone, Dixie Fox, Cora, Kash, Skye, Jocelyn Gifford, Chyna, AnTwain Hill, Addilyn, Koa, Aveen Duenas, Raidden Kemp, Zaden, Zackary Byers, Colton Matzafos and Kingston Dawson.

Visitation was held on Saturday, February 8th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Goodwin Funeral Home Inc. (138 Main St, Cadiz, KY 42211). A funeral service was held on Saturday, February 8th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
