It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Michael Lewis of Cadiz, Kentucky, who passed away on January 12, 2023, at the age of 65, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Lewis and Barbara Carin Lewis; and his former wife Emilie Lewis. He is survived by: his wife Judi Lewis of Cadiz; his children, Shane-Michael Robert Lewis of Cadiz, Anjel Alberto Llanos of El Paso, Ronald Craig Kinrey, Jr. (Cali) of Castlerock and Rebecca Charlene Peterson (Eric) of Bloomington, Minn.; and his siblings, Jack Lewis (Sophia) of St. Augustine, Fla., Lana Bastin (Bob) of Cadiz and Sherry Bacon (Wesley) of Lexington. He is also survived by eight grandchildren; great granddaughter.
