She is survived by: her children, Michael Todd Wallace (Melissa) of Cadiz, KY, Kimberly Ann Smith (Barry) of Campbellsville, KY and Elisa Carole Cothron (Caroline) of Paducah, KY; her siblings, Lacy Wallace (Susan) of Tampa, KS, Joann Harvey of Cadiz, KY, Faye Oakley (J. B.), Trigg Co, Anita Thomas (Jerry) and Gay Ledford (James Ray); her grandchildren, Michael Buckley Wallace, Elizabeth Avery Wallace, Anthony Dwight Smith, Rylen Mei Smith, Roen Edward Cothron and Rhet Dudley Cothron; and her great grandchildren, Gracie, Ember and Ryder Smith. She is also survived by MANY NIECES AND NEPHEWS.
