She was predeceased by: her parents, Guy Otis Peal and Rebecca Carney Peal; her husband John Stephenson; and her former husband Henry C. White. She is survived by: her sons, Bobby Johnson of Lexington, John Johnson (Connie) of Trigg County and Joe Johnson (Anna) of Trigg County; and her grandchildren, Morgan Johnson (Leah), Elizabeth Salanik (Matt) and Emily Johnson. She is also survived by her three sons.
