He is survived by: his wife Martha Stalons Fortner; his children, Billy Fortner of Cadiz, Karen Ladd (Todd) of Cadiz and Kim Fortner of Cadiz; his grandchildren, Tyler Ladd and Khloe Ladd; and his siblings, Bro. Tom Fortner of Trenton, Tenn. and Betty Johnson of Dyer.
