She is survived by: her husband Carroll Thomas of Cadiz; her brother Charles; and her siblings-in-law, Donna Clark of Philadelphia, PA, Steve, Diane Thomas of Hopkinsville and Sue Clark of Hopkinsville. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
