He is survived by: his close friend Betty Shepherd of Cadiz; his daughter Kim Phillips (Robert) of Cadiz; his grandchildren, Morgan Spann, Ashley McGee, Robert Ross, Colton Phillips and Cory Phillips; his stepsons, Richard Lee Hammonds and Daniel Hammonds; his stepgranddaughter Leah Elaine Hammonds; and his siblings, Lloyd Luffman, Jimmy Luffman, Louise Mooneyham and Sandy Green.
