She is survived by: her close friend Joe V. Taylor of Cadiz; her sons, Dale Richard Johnson of Rockfield, Shannon Wade Johnson of Park City and Brian Scott Johnson of Russellville; and her siblings, Glenn Price of Indianapolis, Ronnie Price of Russellville and Judy Brown of McDowell. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren.
