Kathy Choate Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Kathy Choate of Cadiz, Kentucky, born in Muskegon, Michigan, who passed away on January 4, 2022 at the age of 78. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, William Joseph Turpin and Doris Mulder Turpin; her great grandchild Devon Gude; and her siblings, Dick Turpin and Marsha Deill.

She is survived by: her sons, Charles Choate (Carolyn) of Cadiz, Mike Choate of Oak Grove, KY, Jeff Choate (Kim) of Cadiz, Chris Choate (Nicole) of Central City, KY, Rusty Choate (Elizabeth Thomas) of Cadiz and Rob Choate of Cadiz; and her brother Bill Turpin of Muskegon, MI.. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren, a great-great-grandchild.
