She was predeceased by: her parents, James O'Connor and Mabel O'Connor; and her husband Jerry C. Noel. She is survived by: her children, David Noel (Stephanie) of Cadiz, James "Jim" Noel of Elkton and Wendy Latham (Steven) of Cadiz; her grandchildren, Stephanie Latham (Dorian Acree), Ashley Majors (Chris), Peyton Noel (Mika), Noah Noel and Christine Noel; and her great grandchildren, Easton Summers, Brantley Majors, Myles Foe, Aubrey Noel and Jahriah Fields.
