She is survived by: her husband Bob Adkins of Cadiz, KY; and her children, Derrick Jefferson, Huntington of West, VA, Anthony Scott Woodard (Kelly) of Murfreesboro, TN, Gina Jefferson (Alan) of Ellensburg, WA, Rose Lucas and Barboursville of West, VA.
