He was predeceased by: his parents, Garnett Noel and Effie Lou Cunningham Noel; his former wife Nellie Mae Greenfield Noel; his wife Betty Hill Cowan Noel; and his siblings, James Noel, Howard Noel, Noble Noel and Ann Noel Guier.
He is survived by: his children, Johnny Noel (Connie) of Fairview, Billy W. Noel (Brenda) of Fairview, Alan W. Noel of Hopkinsville, Brenda Cameron (Gerald) of Hopkinsville and Belinda McCain (Robert) of Hopkinsville; his grandchildren, Tara of Dewayne, J. W., Mitch, Tiffany, Matthew, Spencer and Robbie; his great grandchildren, Zane, Callie, Austin, Jacob, Logan, Braley, Sutton, Evalin, Mila, Avrea, Jemma, Kollan, Rayland and Camden; and his great great grandchildren, Adaley and Conor.
