We are sad to announce that on August 3, 2021, at the age of 85, John E. Hainsworth of Cadiz, Kentucky, born in Abington, Pennsylvania passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of John E. Hainsworth to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Hainsworth and Margaret "Marge" Dammer Hainsworth; his son Jack Reed Hainsworth; and his siblings, Charles Hainsworth and Dolores I. Augustine.
He is survived by: his wife Faye Hainsworth of Cadiz; his children, Daven Hainsworth of Dickson, Tenn. and Carol Ann Hainsworth of Pa; his stepchildren, Eric Sutley (Gay) of Goodlettsville, Tenn. and Tammye Miller (Grant) of Tellico Plains, Tenn.; his grandchildren, Laura Ashlee Estes (Shawn), Amber Hainsworth, Ciara Hainsworth, Daven Hainsworth, Jr. and Ava Hainsworth; and his stepgrandchildren, Easton Sutley and Ty Sutley. He is also survived by three great grandchildren.
Due to COVID-19 delta variant public health concerns and in accordance with CDC guidelines, the use of face coverings by all unvaccinated attendees will be required and social distancing is encouraged.
