He is survived by: his wife Missy Gray Calhoun; his daughters, Lesley Hampton (Kevin) of Cadiz and Bayley Berkley (Lukas) of Cadiz; his grandchildren, Dixon, Denver Hampton and Paislee Berkley; his sister Teresa Smith (Freddy) of Cadiz; his nephew Matthew Smith; his niece Lynzie Mackey (Michael); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Avery and Landon Mackey; his mother-in-law Carolyn Gray; and his aunts, Jean Calhoun, Wanda Calhoun and Patsi Gregory (Will).
