He is survived by: his children, Freddy Smith (Teresa), Ronnie Smith (Mitzi), Susan Smith of Cadiz and Melissa Hargis (Chad) of Cadiz; his siblings, Ricky Smith (Debbie) of Eddyville, John Smith of Eddyville, Dean Smith of Kennesaw, Cathy Smith Wilcox of Cadiz, Paula Box (Carl) of Cadiz, Gina Smith of Cadiz and Darlene Mestas (Steven) of Columbus; his grandchildren, Lynzie Mackey (Michael), Tailer Smith, Joelle Jenkins (Jacob), Zachary Smith, Matthew Smith, Olivia Hargis, Allyson Hargis and Harley Perry; and his great grandchildren, Landon Mackey, Jaylaa Jenkins, Avery Mackey, Marleigh Smith, Adalyn Smith and Brielle Harper.
