He is survived by: his wife Hazel Wilbanks of Cadiz; his daughters, Jerri Haynes of Hopkinsville and Candy Hampton (Todd) of Cadiz; his grandchildren, Destiny Wilbanks, Andrew Leudenberg (Abigail), Courtney Leudenberg, Ryan Hampton, Chase Hampton and Kady Fuller; his great grandchildren, Kyree Wilbanks Hampton, Katiya Wilbanks, Jai'yanna Poindexter, Anelli Sloan and Laiklynn Leudenberg; and his siblings, Donald Wilbanks (Marie) of Joelton, Tenn. and Diane Wilbanks Reynolds (Ricky) of Clarksville, Tenn.. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
