He is survived by: his mother Carol Underhill (Futrell); his stepfather Charlie Underhill of Cadiz; his brother Dustin Dunning (Kendra) of Cadiz; his stepsister Teresa Traughber (Justin) of Paducah, KY; and his nephews, Kendell Dunning and Carson Wallace.
