He is survived by: his wife Ethel Darlene Francis of Cadiz; his children, Bob Phillips (Kim) of Cadiz, Donnie Phillips (Nina) of Fort Worth, Texas and Tammy; his grandchildren, Robert Ross of Daphne Phillips, D. J, Stacey Cantrell, Kelley Sabino, Walter Eades II, Colton Phillips, Cory Phillips, Morgan Spann, Ashley Spann, Dalton Stephenson, Dylan Stephenson and Brian Carder; and his siblings, Benny Francis of Cadiz, Gene Francis (Sherry) of Giddings, Texas, Donna Snyder of Cadiz and Elizabeth Thomas of Cadiz. He is also survived by 23 great-grandchildren.
