She is survived by: her husband Terry "T. O."; her children, Stephen L. Edmonds and Cathy Adams of Cadiz, KY; her grandchildren, Joshua Dale Adams (Sheena) and Ashley Brooke Reynolds (Justin); and her great grandchildren, Bentley, Emerson, Everleigh Reynolds, Caiden and Brooklyn Adams.
