He is survived by: his mother Lula Irvin of Cadiz, KY; his wife Annette Street of Crofton, KY; his stepchildren, Cheryl Maypray of Hopkinsville, KY, Demetrus Maypray of Hopkinsville, KY, Mercedes Maypray of Hopkinsville, KY and Tenisha Walton; his sisters, Mary Ann Street Taylor of Louisville, KY, Bernice Street Cavanaugh of Cadiz, KY and Crystal Street Poindexter of Cadiz, KY; his nephews, Tavaras Poindexter and Stephnaugh Cavanaugh; and his niece Lotoyua Street. He is also survived by 13 Step Grandchildren.
