She was predeceased by: her former husband Mitchell Smith. She is survived by: her husband John Herndon of Cadiz; her children, Judy Adkins, Roger Dale Smith of Chattanooga, TN, Kerry Smith and Anita of Chattanooga, TN.; her siblings, Linda Digman of Fort Myers and Ralph Suiter of Florida; and her stepchildren, John Herndon (Connie), Steve Herndon, Debbie Birdsong (Monte) and Teresa Neal (Kevin) of Dearborn Heights, MI. She is also survived by Several loving grandchildren and great grandchildren and extended family.
