With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Gracie Choate of Cadiz, Kentucky, born in Murray, Kentucky, who passed away on March 31, 2023 at the age of 70. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert Edmonson and Mary Poyner (Simmons); her husband George Choate; her siblings, Phillip, Kenneth, Bobby, Wilson, Douglas, Albert Edmonson, Mary Alice Tyler and Becky Burden; and her pet Gizmo.
She is survived by: her children, Mark Choate (April) of Cadiz and Tina Shinn (Ben) of Clarksville, Tenn.; her grandchildren, Morgan Allen (Avery), Cody Choate (Kayla) and Dalton Choate (Emolley); her great grandchildren, Noah Choate, Gracelyn Choate, Collin Choate and Landyn Choate; and her siblings, David Edmonson of Cadiz, Paul Edmonson (Phyllis) of Cadiz and Betty Smith of Eddyville.
