It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Grace Wood Allen Calhoun of Cadiz, Kentucky, born in Albany, Kentucky, who passed away on December 26, 2020, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Smiley A. Wood and Ruby Tidrow Wood; her husbands, J. D. Allen and Kelsie B. Calhoun; her son Michael Lynn Allen; her granddaughter Darla Kay Allen; her daughter-in-law Gina Allen; her siblings, Mary Henderson, Hugh Carl Wood and Eugene Wood; and her brothers-in-law, Emmett Henderson, Bob Sisk and L. W. "Curly" Bunch.
She is survived by: her sons, Jerry Allen (Debbie) and Barry Allen of Cadiz, KY; her siblings, Donald Wood (Linda), Greta Imogene Bunch of Cadiz, KY and Patsy Sisk; her sister-in-law Phyllis Wood of Princeton, KY; her grandchildren, Jessica Fuller (Shane), Chelsey Redd (Paxton) and Austin Allen (Cheyenne); her great grandchildren, Ryan, Eston, John Fuller, Elli, Lydia, Ada Redd, Anna-Belle and Griffon Allen; and her niece Pat King of Cadiz, KY.
