It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Goble Jessup of Cadiz, Kentucky, born in Graham, Kentucky, who passed away on October 8, 2022, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph William Jessup and Alberta Williams Jessup; his wife Z. Carlene Jessup; and his siblings, Paul Jessup and Norma Jean Grace.
He is survived by: his children, Richard Jessup (Debbie) of Murfreesboro, Douglas G. Jessup (Elaine) of Cadiz, Robert Tracy Jessup (Marynell) of Shreveport and Melissa DeWitt (Robert) of Cadiz, KY; his grandchildren, Jason Jessup, Joshua DeWitt, Matthew DeWitt, Sarah Elliott, David Jessup, Aubrianna Burgess, Stone Jessup and Jennifer Hurley; his stepdaughter Cheryl Carlene Elmore (Kenneth) of Waggoner, Ill.; his stepgrandchildren, Samuel Elmore and Ailie Carlene Elmore; and his siblings, Harold Jessup of Chicago, Joseph W. Jessup, Jr. of Bowling Green and Mary Mikell of Clarksville, Tenn.. He is also survived by eleven great grandchildren.
