She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Wheatt and Eddie Pearl Guier Wheatt; her husband Don Troutman; her son David Troutman; and her siblings, Gene Wheatt, Betty Jane Rulo and Gracie Fletcher.
She is survived by: her daughters, Renee Metcalf (Martha Frisby) of Phoenix, AZ, Mary Jo Compton (Bill) of Cadiz and Angie Lilly (Darrell Snyder) of Cadiz; and her daughter-in-law Melissa Troutman of Cadiz. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren.
