He is survived by: his wife Diane Bush of Cadiz; his children, Tim Bush (Chrissy) of Cadiz, Malissa Bush Thomas (Brock) of Princeton and Trina Clinkenbeard (Nathan) of Cadiz; his grandchildren, Tyson Bush, Rylee Bush, Reese Bush, Kynady Thomas, Benaska Thomas, Medeline Thomas, Elijah Thomas, Yvenson Thomas, Hunter Clinkenbeard and Jaxson Clinkenbeard; his mother-in-law Pauline Oliver; his sister-in-law Janice Bush of Cadiz; and his sisters, Betty Hawkins of Evansville, Janice Ochoa of Corona, Rubye Moore (Boyd) of Hopkinsville and Joyce Farmer (Tommy) of Gracey.
