He is survived by: his wife Deborah Casper Clark of Cadiz; his children, Clayton Pasek of Cadiz, Steve Pasek of Owensboro, KY, Stephanie Ingram (Brent) of Cadiz, Andrea Pasek of Russell, KS and Charlene Clark of Nashville, TN; and his brother Greg Clark of Springdale, AR. He is also survived by seven grandchildren.
