It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Frances Rainey of Cadiz, Kentucky, born in West Salem, Illinois, who passed away on April 27, 2023, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence M. McConnell and Mary McConnell (Davis); and her husband William Rainey, Sr.. She is survived by: her sons, David Rainey (Carla) of Cadiz, William Rainey, Jr. (Donna) and Walter Rainey (Mary). She is also survived by five grandchildren; and great-grandchildren.
