Osborne, Sr. of Cadiz, KY; his siblings, Frederick Karl Hasse (Virginia) and Sandra Wade (Mike); his stepsister Janine Atchley (Trey); his close friend WadeWilliam; and his mother Adele Faye Stocker Osborne of Cadiz.
