Though Elizabeth may no longer walk beside us, her spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Elizabeth leaves behind.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Shepherd Haynes Lacy and Mabel Bagby Lacy; her husband Major Lee "Bill" Bailey; and her brother Shepherd Haynes. She is survived by: her daughters, Beth Boren (David) of Cadiz, KY and Jo Vasquez (Tim) of Clarksville, TN.
