He is survived by: his parents, Donald W. Keys and Kathy Keys of Vero Beach, FL; his sons, Alex Keys of Louisville, KY and Corey Keys of Madisonville, KY; and his siblings, Michael Keys of Cadiz, KY and Linda Keys Thomas (Jimmy).
