He was predeceased by: his parents, Massie Jiles, Sr. and Mary Lee Kirby Jiles; his daughter Paula Jiles; his grandson Bernard Jiles; and his siblings, Henrietta Shemwell, Ora Mae Bumphus and Massie Jiles, Jr..
He is survived by: his children, Ed "Chucky" Jiles (Carla), Earletta Jiles of Indianapolis, IN, Carla Alexander and Clarksville; his former wife Lizzie Jiles of Indianapolis, IN; his close friend Kristi Bass of Cadiz, KY; his nephew Harold Jiles (Sharon); and his grandchildren, Breisha Shannon, Seneka Shannon, Shanice Bralock, Shatia Beasley, Tanika Cobb, Jasmine Jiles, Davon Jiles and Sidnie Poston. He is also survived by 12 Great Grandchildren.
