It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dorothy James Carter of Cadiz, Kentucky, born in Bethlehem, Kentucky, who passed away on September 25, 2021, at the age of 98, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles James and Vernon James; her husband Kenneth Everett Carter, Sr.; her children, Kenny E. Carter, Jr. and Evelyn Hudson; her great grandchild Anthony Carter; and her brother Donald James.
She is survived by: her son David Carter (Donna) of Cadiz; her grandchildren, Wayne Carter, Kelly G. Carter (Nikki), Robin Stevens (Ralph), Rusty Carter (Jessie), Scott Hudson (Tammi), Steve Hudson (Krista), Christopher Carter, Tabitha Carter Aldridge (Aaron), Michael Carter, Caroline Carter, Nathan Hudson, Rachel Hudson, Caroline Hudson, Carter Hudson, Aaron Stevens (Kelsie), Brooklyn Stevens, Colin Stevens, Adeline Carter, Anna Grace Carter and Will Carter; and her sister-in-law Audrey James of Ohio.
