He is survived by: his wife Margie Scroggins (Butts) of Cadiz; his children, Tori Scroggins of Hopkinsville, KY and Benji Allen of Cadiz; his siblings, Steve Scroggins (Betsy) of Benton, KY and Susan Scroggins of Lake Lanier, GA; his parents-in-law, Charles and Jean Butts of Cadiz; and his sisters-in-law, Jennifer Mitchell (Tommy) of Crofton, KY and Cristal Butts of Cadiz. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
