He was predeceased by: his parents, Lonnie Oscar Duke and Juliet Duke (Thurman); and his wife Bobbie Ann Duke (Waters). He is survived by: his children, Donald Thurman Duke, II (Delores), Thomas R. Duke (Debrann), Michael S. Duke (Angela D.) and Cheryl Ann Davis of Cadiz, KY; and his sister Doris Furlough of Hendersonville, TN.. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.
