It is with great sadness that we announce the death of David Ralph Scoggin of Cadiz, Kentucky, born in Paducah, Kentucky, who passed away on February 6, 2025, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. Though his name may fade from the lips of time, the imprint David Ralph leaves upon the hearts of his loved ones remains eternally vivid — a testament to the depth of his spirit and the richness of his legacy.

He is survived by: his children, Thomas Paul Scoggin (Rhonda) of Joplin, MO and Charla Joy Hall of New Albany, IN; and his grandchildren, Andrew Kale Scoggin, Sierra Grace Huffhines, Jaiden Taylin Hall and Tyras David Hall.
