He was predeceased by: his parents, Bill Hampton and Mary Gibbs Hampton; and his siblings, Bobby Joe Hampton, Tommy Hampton, Jerry Hampton, Billy Hampton, Jimmy Hampton, Donnie Hampton, Mary Carol Carneyhan and Ruth Imbush.
He is survived by: his wife Diane Francis Hampton; his children, Jason Hampton (Amanda R.), Chris Hampton (Amanda L.) and Cayla Hampton Valentine (Isaac) of Cadiz; his grandchildren, Lexie Valentine, Dayton Valentine, Jaxson Hampton, Lucas Hampton, Bobbie Claire Hampton, Ellie Hampton and Calli Hampton; his siblings, Ronnie "Bull" Hampton of Cadiz, Linda Webster (Hulett) of Princeton, Ann Burnam (Sammie) of Cadiz, Sue Gail Fox (Deon) of Cadiz and Jean Ritcheson of Madisonville; and his sisters-in-law, Judy Hampton of Cadiz, Shelia Hampton of Cadiz, Wilda Hampton of Cadiz, Regina Hampton of Cadiz and Pam Hampton of Hanson. He is also survived by his kids and grandkids.
