It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dan W. Oakley of Cadiz, Kentucky, born in Bradford, Pennsylvania, who passed away on April 25, 2022, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, William Oakley and Barbara Oakley; and his son David Oakley. He is survived by: his wife Sandy Alexander Oakley of Cadiz; his children, Daniel Oakley (Julia) of Los Angeles and Emily Klein (Fred) of Clarksville, Tenn.; his stepson David Thomas (Yasmin) of Rockwall, Texas; his grandchildren, Kit, Luke, Christina, Alexander, Zachary, Hannah, Dave and Gabe; and his siblings, Fred Oakley (Donna) of Hendersonville, Tenn. and Diane Bourn (Bob) of Melbourne, Fla..
