With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Dale E. Phillips of Cadiz, Kentucky, born in Hopkinsville, Kentucky, who passed away on June 14, 2021 at the age of 69. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilbur Phillips and Christina Holt Phillips; and his brother-in-law Dan Clark. He is survived by: his wife Patricia Phillips of Cadiz; his daughter Lori Simpson (Jeff) of Cerulean; his stepchildren, Peter Lamont (Angie) of Panama City, Fla. and Buffy Burton (Scott) of Cadiz; and his sister Shirley Clark of Bowling Green. He is also survived by six grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren.
