Cookye Tyler Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Cookye Tyler of Cadiz, Kentucky, born in Blue Ridge, Georgia, who passed away on September 3, 2020, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Lonnie Peek and Catherine Peek (McKinney). She is survived by: her husband Jerry Ray Tyler of Cadiz; her children, Jerry Dale Tyler (Midge) of Lebanon, Tennessee and Teressa "Puddy" Jones (Wendell) of Princeton; her grandchildren, Wendy Ladd (Taylor), Presley Tyler and Halen Tyler; and her great grandchildren, Mason Ladd and Waylon Cash Tyler.
