She is survived by: her father Calvin "Buddy" Boswell of Cadiz, KY; her husband Bill Wade of Cadiz, KY; her sons, Michael Dion Bennett (Emily) of Batesville, IN, Shane Wade of Cadiz, KY and Shawn Wade of Cadiz, KY; her siblings, Marty Boswell (Penny) of Loveland, OH and Lori Shelton (Michael) of Cadiz, KY; and her grandchildren, Will Bennett and Ross Bennett.
