She is survived by: her mother Janice Pipes Brewer; her husband Richard Fulks of Cadiz; her children, Lane Haddock of Cadiz, Phoenix Beckham of Cadiz and Danielle Haddock of Cadiz; her grandchildren, Ryder Adams, Richie Haddock, Haley Grace Englehart and Jeffery Lane Haddock; her stepfather Scott Brewer of Waynesboro, Tennessee; and her siblings, Randy Holt of Waynesboro and Jana Holt of Collinwood, Tennessee..
