He is survived by: his wife Mary Curtis of Cadiz, KY; his sons, Adam Brent Curtis (Jennifer) of Cadiz, KY and Rick Rodgers (Kellee); his sisters, Gayla Sholar of Cadiz, KY, Andrea Dunn of Cadiz, KY, Lisa Curtis of Cadiz, KY and Jeremie Young (Ed) of Cadiz, KY; and his grandchildren, Oriona Curtis, Kalia Rodgers, Kylee Rodgers and Kenzie Rodgers.
