She was predeceased by: her parents, Bobby Coleman and Lora Parham Terrell; her husband Bluford Elias Darnall; her sons, Marvin Helm and Calvin Harper; and her siblings, Merlin Coleman, Bob Coleman and Thelma Lee Coleman.
She is survived by: her son Terry Helm of Cadiz; and her brothers, Carl Coleman of Apex, NC and Norman Coleman of Princeton. She is also survived by six grandchildren and several great-grandchildren.
