With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Anthony J. Thomas (Cadiz, Kentucky), born in Detroit, Michigan, who passed away on December 2, 2019 at the age of 86. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Anthony Joseph and Louise Tomaszewski (Cierpial); his siblings, Thomas V. Tomaszewski and Marie Ann Luzi; and his stepmother Mary Tomaszewski.
He is survived by: his wife Nancy Lee Thomas of Cadiz; his children, Anthony J. Thomas, Jr. of Atlanta Michigan, Julie Ann Doyle (Terrence) of Big Rapids, Amy Joan Fritz (late Dan) of Jackson and Ann Jeanette Karsten (Steven) of Niles, Michigan; and his grandchildren, Jessica Mekkes (Donald), Nicholas Karsten (Paula), Noble Thomas, Andrew Karsten, Brendan Doyle, Matthew Karsten, Michaela Thomas and Wesley Fritz. He is also survived by six great grandchildren.
