She was predeceased by: her father Dan G. Perry; her daughter Rebecca Quinn Stewart; and her grandparents, Pansy Perry, Frank and Mary Thomas.

She is survived by: her mother Donna Thomas Calhoun; her daughter Autumn Stewart of Lexington; her stepfather Harold Calhoun of Cadiz; her brother Russ Calhoun of Cadiz; and her close friend Richard Knight of Cadiz.
