He is survived by: his wife Connie Curtis of Cadiz, KY; his children, Alvin Dale Curtis, Jr. (Melissa), Stacy VanAlstyne (Christopher), Jessica Pence (Joshua) and Sara Berg (Jeremy); and his sister Shelia Holland (Donnie). He is also survived by 15 Grandchildren; 7 Great Grandchildren.
