He is survived by: his wife Sondra Gray Cossey; his son Alfred Burnett Cossey, Jr. (Karen) of Greer, SC; his grandson Nicholas Cossey of Cadiz; his sister Betty Allen of Cadiz; and his nephew Bill Allen (Kim) of Cadiz.
