He was predeceased by: his parent Ralph Moreland; and his son Randy Moreland. He is survived by: his parent Allene Houston Moreland; his wife Donna Sue Doyle Moreland; his children, Donna Jean Trapp, Billy Ray Moreland, Jo Wells (Stacey) and Jeffery Moreland; his siblings, Ronnie Moreland, Margie Robinson and Danny Moreland; and his grandchildren, Renee Bock, Rebecca Trapp, Tiffany Herron, Brittany Wells, Owen Moreland, Daelee Moreland, Kyla Moreland, Brady Moreland, Josh Messmer and Ryan Trapp.
