It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sollie Hurst Jr. (Butler, Kentucky), born in Corbin, Kentucky, who passed away on February 23, 2019, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Sollie Sr. and Ora Middleton Hurst; his wife Shirley Shelton Hurst; and his siblings, John Raymond Hurst and Evelyn Cooper.
He is survived by: his daughters, Debra Vititoe and Pam Hurst; his siblings, Paul, Andrew, Virgil, George Hurst, Anna Mae Hurst, Betty Spegal and Colleen Phillips; and his granddaughter MaryAnn Mullins.
